# XIP AI Skills

A collection of skills for AI coding agents at XIP. Skills are packaged instructions that extend agent capabilities with team-specific practices, patterns, and conventions.

Skills follow the [Agent Skills](https://agentskills.io/) format.

## Installation

To install all the skills we have or to add missing skills, use the following command:

```bash
npx skills add xip-online-applications/skills --skill '*'
```

To update skills to the latest version, run:

```bash
npx skills update
```

## Usage

Skills are automatically available once installed. The agent will use them when relevant tasks are detected.

**Examples:**

```text
Set up Node.js with the correct version for this project
```

```text
Design aggregates for this bounded context using DDD
```

```text
Restructure this service using hexagonal architecture
```

## Skill Structure

Each skill contains:
