# ClosedLoop AI Skills for Claude Code

Turn every customer conversation into structured product insights — inside Claude Code. These skills connect to your ClosedLoop AI data so you can deep-dive into any topic, get a weekly intelligence brief, talk to a synthetic customer persona, prepare for calls, analyze the competitive landscape, find customer proof and references, or send the ClosedLoop AI team feedback about the platform.

## Prerequisites

Connect the ClosedLoop AI MCP before installing skills:

**US workspaces:**

### `/closedloop-scope-guard`

Check a spec, PRD, or ticket against customer evidence *before* it gets built. Shows which requirements customers actually asked for, which have nothing behind them, and which customer needs the spec misses. Uses `check_scope_evidence`; read only, and it never tells you not to build something. An absence comes with the coverage context needed to read it honestly.

### `/closedloop-bug-blast-radius`

Answer how important a bug is before you triage it: who reported it, how badly, what it is worth, and whether it is still happening. Uses `get_bug_blast_radius`; read only. Totals decompose into named customers, so when every match fits in one page you can drop one that does not belong and the number stays honest; when it does not, the response says so rather than letting you subtract from a total you cannot see. Reflects reported pain — customers who hit the bug and never told you are not in it.
