About
Altertable gives Claude governed access to your Altertable workspace so it can explore data, query the lakehouse, analyze product and business metrics, and help turn raw data into insights. The plugin bundles Altertable-specific Agent Skills with the Altertable MCP, allowing Claude to inspect schemas, write and run SQL, analyze funnels, build segments, interpret charts, forecast time series, configure monitoring agents, manage discoveries, and use memory for richer follow-up analysis. It is designed for teams using Altertable as an AI-native data platform where humans and agents work from the same governed data context.

## What are Agent Skills?
Agent Skills are an [open standard](https://agentskills.io/specification) for giving AI agents specialized capabilities. Each skill is a self-contained folder with a `SKILL.md` file containing instructions that agents load on demand. Build once, use across any compatible platform.
## Quick Start with `/altertable:ask`
Don't know which skill to use? Just type:
