# AEKO Plugin

Skills for cross-border ecommerce marketing in Claude, Codex, and Gemini CLI. Audit public sites and
product pages, build PDP HTML, review advertising through your own connectors, measure traffic and AI
visibility, operate guarded marketing workflows, and assemble a weekly read-and-propose loop.
This repository ships **skills, supporting recipes, and evaluation guidance**. AEKO-backed tools come from the separate
[AEKO MCP server](https://github.com/AEKO-Intelligence/aeko-mcp), hosted at
`https://aeko-intelligence.com/mcp`. The plugin does not claim native Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, GA4,
Notion, Slack, or Calendar integrations: free connector paths read the customer's own installed
connectors after capability detection.

## Works with no AEKO account
The free catalog is:
- `/aeko-site-audit <site-root-url-or-domain>` — audit whether a public site is readable by AI.
- `/aeko-pdp-audit <product-page-url-or-local-html-file>` — audit one PDP, including facts trapped in detail images.
- `/aeko-pdp-build <aeko_pdp_image_facts/v1-json-or-product-url>` — build paste-ready PDP HTML and matching JSON-LD.
- `/aeko-ads-review [week-of] [platforms=meta,tiktok,google,openai]` — render the same four-platform glance every time: Meta/TikTok/Google Ads use your connectors or exports, while only the OpenAI Ads row requires AEKO.
- `/aeko-ga4 [window]` — read the customer's own official GA4 connector for free. Its optional AEKO GA4 join requires AEKO.
- `/aeko-connect` — show which capability slots are filled and the exact steps for filling the rest.
- `/aeko-start` — tour the plugin and route to a useful first workflow without probing an AEKO account.
- `/aeko-weekly-report [window]` — assemble normalized rows from the simple skills, degrading per source.
- `/aeko-create-loop` — interactively compose and dry-run a schedule on the current host.
- `/aeko-run-loop config=<notion-page-id>` — run the scheduled entry point in read-and-propose mode.
The first three `/aeko-ads-review` rows and the free `/aeko-ga4` path use customer-owned connectors; AEKO
contributes none of those vendor numbers. The fourth ads row comes from AEKO and exposes spend/efficiency,
while its conversion and ROAS cells remain dashed because those metrics are not ingested. If a connector is
unavailable, the skills show an exact manual export or connect path instead of treating absence as zero.
The AEKO connector is needed for AI-answer monitoring and source history, tracked prompts, Action items,
store changes, publishing, OpenAI Ads operations, and the AEKO GA4 join. `/aeko-content-ideas` checks the connected deployment for
`aeko_list_content_ideas`, `aeko_start_content_idea`, and `aeko_dismiss_content_idea`. These wrappers
exist in sibling MCP source; an older deployment may still lack them.
Scheduling does not add marketing-write capability. `/aeko-create-loop` is an interactive composer, and
`/aeko-run-loop` reads approvals and evidence but only proposes changes. Scheduled marketing writes remain
unsupported in the plugin loop; AEKO hosted automation is a separate capability. A cloud schedule also needs Notion or Slack for a durable
destination and approval surface.
## How AEKO works (and what it will not do)
AI visibility is not a schema trick or a secret keyword. AEKO works the durable levers that make public
information easier to crawl, understand, verify, and cite:
- **Access and structure** — `/aeko-site-audit`, `/aeko-pdp-audit`, `/aeko-fix-technical`.
- **Visible product evidence** — `/aeko-pdp-build`, `/aeko-update-pdp`, `/aeko-create-content`.
- **Measurement and reconciliation** — `/aeko-ga4`, `/aeko-ads-review`, `/aeko-ai-visibility`, `/aeko-weekly-report`.
- **Guarded execution** — `/aeko-action-center`, `/aeko-store`, `/aeko-publish-content`, `/aeko-openai-guardrails`.
AEKO does not create hidden recommendation text, fabricate claims, or publish structured data that
contradicts visible content. Prices and availability come only from authoritative store evidence. Marketing
writes keep their documented confirmation and undo gates; scheduled runs do not perform them.
## What the plugin runs, fetches, and sends
- **One bundled script.** `/aeko-site-audit`, `/aeko-pdp-audit`, `/aeko-pdp-build`, and `/aeko-message-audit`
run `scripts/fetch_evidence.py`, a readable Python script that uses only the standard library. It sends
credential-free GET requests to the site you name: the page, its `robots.txt`, `llms.txt`, and
`sitemap.xml`, and the same page requested with AI-crawler user agents to check whether they can read it.
Product-detail images are downloaded only from that same host, into a temporary folder. It sends no
cookies, rejects redirects to other hosts, and contacts no other server.
- **Web pages you ask about.** Research and drafting skills may read public pages and search results through
the host's own web tools, with the host's usual permission prompts.
- **The AEKO MCP server.** For Claude, the plugin declares the AEKO server at `https://aeko-intelligence.com/mcp`.
It does nothing until you sign in with an AEKO account, and the free catalog never calls it. Once you sign
in, AEKO workflows send the domain, product, prompt, content, and ad data each task needs to AEKO, as the
[privacy policy](https://aeko-intelligence.com/privacy) describes. Store, publishing, and ad changes
run only after you confirm them. The plugin never changes campaign budgets; you set those in the AEKO
dashboard.
- **Image uploads.** If you add your own images to an AEKO Shop article, `/aeko-create-content` uploads them
to AEKO's media storage through a one-time upload URL that the AEKO server issues.
- **Your own connectors.** Notion, Slack, GA4, and ad-platform reads or deliveries go only through connectors
you installed, and only when a workflow you started needs them.
- **Local files.** Reports and drafts are written to your working folder, mostly under `./aeko-artifacts/`.
`/aeko-start` writes customization files only to a folder you confirm.
The plugin has no telemetry, never asks for passwords or API keys, and does not change your permission
settings.
## Install
### Prerequisite — host capabilities
Some skills save local artifacts or open previews and need the host's filesystem and shell tools. Free
measurement and delivery paths need the customer's corresponding connectors. Run `/aeko-connect` to inspect
capabilities by schema and provider metadata rather than guessing from tool names.
Review-platform credentials and ad-account tokens are dashboard-only; no skill can complete those credential
flows.
### Claude Desktop
Install the plugin from **Settings → Plugins → Browse plugins → Add marketplace** using
`AEKO-Intelligence/aeko-plugin`. The zero-account workflows are ready immediately.
The plugin declares the AEKO server (`https://aeko-intelligence.com/mcp`). Sign in to it only when you
want the AEKO-backed workflows; the free catalog never needs an AEKO account.

The plugin declares the AEKO server as `aeko`. To use AEKO-backed workflows, run `/mcp`, select it, and
sign in. If you added AEKO earlier with `claude mcp add`, remove that entry so the tools don't appear twice.

Install from the Codex plugin catalog or use the manifest at `.codex-plugin/plugin.json`. Optional AEKO

Restart Gemini CLI after installation. Gemini uses `gemini-extension.json`; Claude and Codex use their
respective plugin manifests.

Use `/aeko-connect` when you want the capability slot board. If the host namespaces plugin commands, use
the host's displayed plugin prefix, for example `/aeko-plugin:aeko-start`.
## Language support
User-facing questions, summaries, risk notes, and next actions mirror the chat language. English and Korean
have curated copy; other languages are supported conversationally. Commands, slugs, paths, IDs, provider
labels, schema keys, JSON-LD terms, and the brand mark `AEKO` stay in English/ASCII.

The shipped catalog contains 29 active skills. Each active folder under [`skills/`](https://github.com/aeko-intelligence/aeko-plugin/blob/HEAD/skills/) contains one
`SKILL.md`; compatibility-only command stubs are intentionally not shipped because this is the catalog's
first release.

## Customizing skills
[CUSTOMIZATION.md](https://github.com/aeko-intelligence/aeko-plugin/blob/HEAD/CUSTOMIZATION.md) describes brand-owned skill/eval packages, manual edits, scoped
examples, Brand Wiki guidance, and the backend updater seam. OAuth authorizes package reads but does not
load the accepted skill, eval, wiki, or support bytes; clients must discover and read the pinned package
explicitly. Hosted runs and exports must select the same version, and private AEKO benchmarks never ship.
[Whole-job prompt examples](https://github.com/aeko-intelligence/aeko-plugin/blob/HEAD/docs/automation-prompt-examples.md) keep the saved task prompt separate from
attached skills and label unavailable hosted execution. This plugin does not provide the full
Responses/MCP runner, contextual chat executor, or GitHub App provisioning/sync.
The reproducible [trusted upstream catalog](https://github.com/aeko-intelligence/aeko-plugin/blob/HEAD/docs/trusted-upstream-catalog.md) covers all 29 public
`aeko-*` entrypoints with exact file allowlists and SHA-256 provenance. The current backend's nine legacy
automation skill/eval documents are different runtime prompt components. The backend now vendors this
reviewed catalog for explicit reconciliation; existing hosted templates still use their legacy components.

## AEKO 작동 방식 (그리고 하지 않는 것)
AI 가시성은 스키마 트릭이나 비밀 키워드가 아닙니다. AEKO는 공개 정보를 더 쉽게 크롤하고,
이해하고, 검증하고, 인용하게 만드는 지속 가능한 레버를 다룹니다:
- **접근성과 구조** — `/aeko-site-audit`, `/aeko-pdp-audit`, `/aeko-fix-technical`.
- **노출된 상품 근거** — `/aeko-pdp-build`, `/aeko-update-pdp`, `/aeko-create-content`.

AEKO는 숨겨진 추천 텍스트를 만들거나, 주장을 조작하거나, 노출 콘텐츠와 모순되는 구조화 데이터를
게시하지 않습니다. 가격과 재고는 권위 있는 스토어 근거만 사용합니다. 마케팅 쓰기는 문서화된 확인과
되돌리기 gate를 유지하며, 예약 실행은 이를 수행하지 않습니다.
## 플러그인이 실행하고, 가져오고, 보내는 것
- **함께 들어 있는 스크립트 하나.** `/aeko-site-audit`, `/aeko-pdp-audit`, `/aeko-pdp-build`,
`/aeko-message-audit`는 `scripts/fetch_evidence.py`를 실행합니다. 표준 라이브러리만 쓰는 Python
스크립트이고 코드를 그대로 읽을 수 있습니다. 지정한 사이트에만 로그인 정보 없이 GET 요청을 보냅니다.
대상은 해당 페이지, `robots.txt`, `llms.txt`, `sitemap.xml`이고, AI 크롤러가 읽을 수 있는지 보려고
같은 페이지를 AI 크롤러 user agent로도 요청합니다. 상세 이미지는 같은 호스트에서만 임시 폴더로
내려받습니다. 쿠키를 보내지 않고, 다른 호스트로 가는 리다이렉트는 거부하며, 다른 서버에는 접속하지
않습니다.
- **요청한 웹페이지.** 리서치·초안 스킬은 호스트의 웹 도구로 공개 페이지와 검색 결과를 읽을 수
있습니다. 이때 호스트의 기본 권한 확인이 그대로 적용됩니다.
- **AEKO MCP 서버.** Claude에서는 플러그인이 `https://aeko-intelligence.com/mcp`의 AEKO 서버를
등록합니다. AEKO 계정으로 로그인하기 전에는 아무 일도 하지 않으며, 무료 카탈로그는 이 서버를 호출하지
않습니다. 로그인하면 AEKO 워크플로가 작업에 필요한 도메인, 상품, 프롬프트, 콘텐츠, 광고 데이터를
AEKO로 보냅니다. 자세한 내용은 [개인정보처리방침](https://aeko-intelligence.com/privacy)에 있습니다.
스토어 반영, 게시, 광고 변경은 사용자가 확인한 뒤에만 실행됩니다. 캠페인 예산은 플러그인이 바꾸지
않으며, AEKO 대시보드에서 직접 설정합니다.
- **이미지 업로드.** AEKO Shop 글에 직접 이미지를 넣으면 `/aeko-create-content`가 AEKO 서버가 발급한
일회용 업로드 URL로 AEKO 미디어 저장소에 올립니다.
- **사용자의 커넥터.** Notion, Slack, GA4, 광고 플랫폼 데이터는 사용자가 설치한 커넥터를 통해서만,
사용자가 시작한 워크플로에 필요할 때만 읽거나 보냅니다.
- **로컬 파일.** 리포트와 초안은 작업 폴더에 저장되며 대부분 `./aeko-artifacts/` 아래에 들어갑니다.
`/aeko-start`는 사용자가 확인한 폴더에만 커스터마이징 파일을 씁니다.
플러그인은 사용 데이터를 수집하지 않고, 비밀번호나 API 키를 묻지 않으며, 권한 설정을 바꾸지 않습니다.
## 설치
### 사전 요구사항 — 호스트 capability
일부 스킬은 로컬 아티팩트를 저장하거나 미리보기를 열기 위해 호스트의 파일시스템과 셸 도구가
필요합니다. 무료 측정과 전달 경로에는 사용자의 해당 커넥터가 필요합니다. `/aeko-connect`를 실행하면
도구 이름을 추측하지 않고 schema와 provider metadata로 capability를 확인합니다.
리뷰 플랫폼 자격 증명과 광고 계정 token은 dashboard-only이며 어떤 스킬도 해당 자격 증명 흐름을
완료할 수 없습니다.

skill/eval/wiki 바이트가 로드되지는 않습니다. 호스팅 실행과 내보내기는 같은 고정 버전을

스킬 외에 별도 작업 지시를 보존하고 미지원 호스팅 실행을 표시합니다. 전체 Responses/MCP runner,

### Context Search plans (content-v3)
`/aeko-create-content <item_id>` executes the saved ad copy, PDP revision, community reply, video script, source inquiry or comparison task using frozen original evidence. It saves local artifacts and an executor receipt. This workflow requires the Context Search backend and `aeko_get_action_evidence` from the compatible MCP release; older connections cannot substitute live sources. Image-only PDPs remain unassessed until the merchant publishes readable text and AEKO rechecks it. Draft execution does not publish or update a store.
### Saved dashboard assistant tasks
`/aeko-assistant-task <item_id>` retrieves an `assistant-task-v1` Plan.md, validates the exact scope, claims it, reads only attached bounded evidence, performs the permitted operation, saves an AEKO-readable result, and completes under the same claim. Exact selected Context suggestion tracking uses `aeko_track_task_suggestions` and its server-backed per-row receipt. Saved question, competitor, overview, market, review, cached Ads/GA4 and technical findings reports use attached AEKO evidence and return cited Markdown through `aeko_save_action_output`; a missing private sample never silently falls back to public web research. Writing-format, Context-grouping and ad-rule tasks save structured proposals for review without applying formats, groups, campaigns, ads or rules. The menu and this command require matching backend, MCP and plugin capabilities. Opening a Claude or Codex link does not execute the task.
