An OKF v0.2 knowledge bundle for ProTide (nucleoside phosphoramidate prodrug)
research, compiled from a private corpus of 107 documents. Typed relations live in the `relations:` frontmatter key and compile to the OWL
ontology in `../ontology/protide.ttl`.
