A keyless Bitcoin chain-intelligence API built for autonomous agents. Resolve addresses to known entities, pull wallet evidence packs, and check sanctions / illicit-fund exposure over MCP, no account required. Includes risk_check for free keyless exposure evidence, wallet evidence packs, entity / label lookup, and the Risk Exposure Oracle v0 with explicit disclaimers. Evidence-first: no opaque risk score or verdict from risk_check; agents receive underlying signals so they can decide. Core public surface is free during beta; optional X-WR-API-Key unlocks premium endpoints.
