# Find MCP servers in Cursor with Agentalog

One entry in .cursor/mcp.json connects Cursor to the catalog. Then ask the agent for servers.

## Step 1. Add the server

Add the server to .cursor/mcp.json.

## Step 2. Check the connection

Turn the server on in Customize, in the sidebar. If it does not connect, the Output panel, MCP Logs, shows why.

## Step 3. Ask the agent

Ask: find live MCP servers for Postgres in Agentalog, with their repository and tools.
