# Find MCP servers in Codex with Agentalog

codex mcp add connects the Codex CLI to the catalog. Then ask for servers and their tools.

## Step 1. Add the server

Run the command in the terminal. It adds the server to ~/.codex/config.toml.

```sh
codex mcp add meta-agent-tools --url https://agentalog.com/mcp
```

## Step 2. Check the connection

Run codex mcp list: the server is on the list.

## Step 3. Ask the agent

Ask: find live MCP servers for Postgres in Agentalog, with their repository and tools.
