  "markdown": "# Skills\n\nAgent skills for the ZENON Red ecosystem.\n\nThis repository now follows a deterministic job-routing model:\n\n1. Onboard once with `probe onboard`\n2. Keep the Nexus daemon running (onboard installs it; runs `probe nexus` internally)\n3. Execute the single routed job skill when dispatched\n4. Complete/report and return control\n\n## Install\n\nInstall all skills:\n\n```bash\nnpx skills add zenon-red/skills --skill='*' -y -g\n```\n\nInstall only routed workflow skills:\n\n```bash\nnpx skills add zenon-red/skills \\\n  --skill zr-doctor \\\n  --skill zr-inbox \\\n  --skill zr-vote \\\n  --skill nexus-proposal-scout \\\n  --skill zr-execute \\\n  --skill zr-project-setup \\\n  --skill zr-create-tasks \\\n  --skill zr-validate \\\n  --skill zr-review-discoveries\n```\n\n## Routed Skills\n\n- `zr-doctor`: repair health/onboarding failures\n- `zr-inbox`: read authorized `#general` directives (`AuthorizedDirective`)\n- `zr-vote`: vote on ideas\n- `nexus-proposal-scout`: propose ideas\n- `zr-execute`: execute dispatched task work (`ExecuteTask`)\n- `zr-project-setup`: create project from approved idea\n- `zr-create-tasks`: break project into ready tasks\n- `zr-validate`: validate dispatched peer reviews (`ValidateReview`)\n- `zr-review-discoveries`: triage discovered tasks\n\n`zr-claim` is legacy compatibility and not part of central dispatch routing.\n\n## Supporting Skills\n\n- `zr-nexus-primer`: compact onboarding/routing primer\n- `zr-github-repository`: repository setup standard\n- `zr-readme`: README template guidance\n- `probe` (external): Probe CLI reference from `zenon-red/probe`\n- `voize` (external): TTS MCP skill from `zenon-red/voize`\n\nExternal skills are vendor-synced from upstream repos via `npm run skills:sync`. Do not make manual edits inside external skill directories (`probe/`, `voize/`), because sync will overwrite local changes.\n\n## Legacy Skills\n\nLegacy `zeno-*` skills are parked under `wip/` and excluded from normal install/discovery flows.\n\n## Maintainer Docs\n\n- `docs/for-agents.md`\n- `docs/getting-started.md`\n- `docs/skills-manager.md`\n- `CONTRIBUTING.md`\n",
