Authenticate GitHub CLI\n\n```bash\ngh auth login\n```\n\n### 2. Set your API key\n\n```bash\nexport AI_GATEWAY_API_KEY=your-key\n```\n\n### 3. Add a repository\n\n```bash\nnpx autoship add myproject\n```\n\nYou'll be prompted for:\n- GitHub owner (org or username)\n- Repository name\n- Base branch (default: `main`)\n\n## Usage\n\n### Start a release\n\n```bash\nnpx autoship [repo]\n```\n\nIf no repo is specified, you'll be prompted to select one.\n\nThe tool will:\n1. Clone the repository\n2. Analyze changes since the last version tag\n3. Suggest a release type (patch/minor/major) using AI\n4. Generate a changeset description using AI\n5. Create a PR with the changeset\n6. Wait for CI checks to pass\n7. Merge the changeset PR\n8. Wait for the Version Packages PR (created by changesets action)\n9.
