"markdown": "# Truto Agent Skills\n\nOfficial agent skills for [Truto](https://truto.one) — the unified API platform for integrating with third-party tools. Works with [Cursor](https://cursor.com), [Claude Code](https://docs.claude.com/en/docs/claude-code), and any other agent that supports the [Agent Skills](https://www.anthropic.com/news/skills) (`SKILL.md`) convention.\n\n## Installation\n\n### Claude Code\n\nAdd this repo as a plugin marketplace, then install the plugin:\n\n```bash\n/plugin marketplace add trutohq/truto-skills\n/plugin install truto@truto-skills\n```\n\nSkills become namespaced as `truto:truto`, `truto:truto-cli`, `truto:truto-operator`, `truto:truto-jsonata`, `truto:truto-link-sdk`, `truto:truto-integrations-build`, and `truto:truto-api-conventions`. To try it locally before installing, run `claude --plugin-dir /path/to/truto-skills`.\n\n### Cursor\n\nOpen **Cursor Settings → Rules**, click **Add Rule** under **Project Rules**, choose **Remote Rule (GitHub)**, and enter:\n\n```\nhttps://github.com/trutohq/truto-skills\n```\n\nThis pulls in both the skills and the always-applied `truto-api` rule.\n\n### Any agent (via `npx skills`)\n\nInstall into the current project (or globally with `-g`):\n\n```bash\nnpx skills add trutohq/truto-skills\n```\n\nWorks for Cursor, Claude Code, and any other agent supported by the [`skills`](https://www.npmjs.com/package/skills) CLI.\n\n## Skills\n\n| Skill | Description |\n|-------|-------------|\n| [truto](./skills/truto/SKILL.md) | Build integrations with third-party tools using Truto's unified API platform |\n| [truto-link-sdk](./skills/truto-link-sdk/SKILL.md) | Embed the Truto connection flow in your frontend using `@truto/truto-link-sdk` |\n| [truto-cli](./skills/truto-cli/SKILL.md) | Install, authenticate, and use the Truto CLI for managing integrations and accessing data |\n| [truto-operator](./skills/truto-operator/SKILL.md) | Operate and debug a live Truto workspace from the in-dashboard Platform Assistant — adaptive playbooks for triaging issues and debugging proxy, unified/mapping, sync-job, webhook, and account failures, then making safe, approval-gated admin changes |\n| [truto-jsonata](./skills/truto-jsonata/SKILL.md) | Write JSONata expressions for Truto config (mappings, sync jobs, workflows) using the custom `$functions` from `@truto/truto-jsonata` |\n| [truto-integrations-build](./skills/truto-integrations-build/SKILL.md) | Generate a new Truto integration from API docs using the agentic `truto integrations build` loop, then lint and apply |\n| [truto-unified-mappings](./skills/truto-unified-mappings/SKILL.md) | Generate unified API mapping rows (JSONata) for an integration using the agentic `truto unified-mappings build` loop, then validate and apply |\n| [truto-api-conventions](./skills/truto-api-conventions/SKILL.md) | Truto API conventions — base URL, auth, URL patterns, pagination, idempotency, and skill routing |\n\n## Rules (Cursor only)\n\n| Rule | Description |\n|------|-------------|\n| [truto-api](./rules/truto-api.mdc) | Always-apply rule with API conventions — base URL, auth header, URL patterns, pagination |\n\nFor Claude Code, the same content is delivered via the model-invoked `truto-api-conventions` skill above (Claude Code plugins do not have an \"always-applied rule\" primitive).\n\n## What is Truto?\n\nTruto is a unified API platform that lets you integrate with 200+ third-party tools (CRMs, ticketing systems, HRIS, ATS, and more) through a single API. Instead of building and maintaining individual integrations, you connect once to Truto and access all supported tools through a consistent interface.\n\n**Key capabilities:**\n\n- **Unified APIs** — Read and write data across integrations using a single schema\n- **Proxy APIs** — Pass through requests directly to the underlying tool's native API\n- **Sync Jobs** — Automatically sync data from integrated accounts on a schedule\n- **Webhooks** — Receive real-time notifications when data changes\n- **Custom APIs** — Define your own API endpoints with custom logic\n- **MCP Server** — Use Truto as a Model Context Protocol server for AI agents\n\n## Resources\n\n- [Truto Documentation](https://truto.one/docs)\n- [Truto Dashboard](https://app.truto.one)\n- [API Reference](https://truto.one/docs/api-reference)\n- [Truto Website](https://truto.one)\n\n## Changelog\n\nSee [CHANGELOG.md](./CHANGELOG.md) for the full history of skill additions and changes.\n\n## License\n\nApache-2.0 — see [LICENSE](./LICENSE) for details.\n",
