All of them install the same package.\n\n### Claude Code (CLI or the Code tab in Desktop)\n\nInstall from the public community marketplace:\n\n```shell\n/plugin marketplace add anthropics/claude-plugins-community\n/plugin install neonpanel@claude-community\n```\n\nOr from this repository directly (branded marketplace):\n\n```shell\n/plugin marketplace add neonpanel/claude-plugin\n/plugin install neonpanel@neonpanel\n```\n\n### Claude Cowork (Desktop)\n\nCowork has its own plugin manager and does not read Claude Code installs.\nOpen **Customize → Plugins → Add marketplace**, enter `neonpanel/claude-plugin`\n(or `anthropics/claude-plugins-community`), then install **neonpanel**.\n\n### For organizations (admins)\n\nClaude's org marketplace (\"Sync from GitHub\") only accepts private/internal\nrepositories, so the plugin is also mirrored to a private repo. In Claude\nDesktop org settings → **Plugins → Create marketplace → Sync from GitHub**,\nselect `neonpanel/claude-plugin-private`, enable **Sync automatically**, and\nset **Default access**. Members then get the plugin (and every update) without\nadding a marketplace themselves. The private mirror is published from the same\nrelease as the public repo, so both always carry the same version.\n\n### Then set up\n\nConnect your NeonPanel account when Claude prompts for OAuth on first tool use.\nSkills activate automatically when your query matches their specialty. Ask Claude:\n\n```text\nHelp me set up NeonPanel.\n```\n\nClaude will guide you through account readiness, Amazon/Shopify integrations, and\nthe two MCP connectors, which are set up differently:\n\n- NeonPanel MCP (`https://mcp.neonpanel.com/mcp`) — bundled with this plugin and\n  configured automatically on install.\n- NeonaSphera MCP (`https://admin.neonasphera.com/mcp`) — optional; added manually\n  via Add Custom Connector (the onboarding skill walks you through it) for Shared\n  Workspace, memory, and file-memory workflows. It is not auto-installed.\n\n> Note: plugins are supported in Claude Code and Cowork, but not in Claude Chat.\n> To use NeonPanel from Chat (claude.ai), add the NeonPanel MCP server as a custom\n> connector instead.\n\n## How It Works\n\nEach skill encodes the role definition, domain knowledge, routing logic, and tool\nplaybooks from a trained NeonPanel agent. When you ask a question, Claude matches\nit to the most relevant skill and uses that agent's expertise + NeonPanel MCP tools\nto answer with live data.\n\nSkills carry reference documents (playbooks, module maps, canonical claims) that\nprovide detailed domain knowledge and step-by-step workflows.\n",
