  "markdown": "# wibs-online-banking\n\nWIBS Online Banking supports online loan applications, document uploads, staff review, manager approval or decline, notifications, dashboards, reports, and read-only display of WIBS-managed loan data.\n\n## Loan Workflow Scope\n\n- The portal workflow ends at `approved` or `declined`.\n- After a request is `approved`, WIBS handles the remaining processing.\n- WIBS creates the final loan account and manages the resulting loan records.\n- WIBS generates amortization schedules and other release-side loan data.\n- The portal may display WIBS loan and amortization data later as read-only information.\n- Payment processing, balances, penalties, collections, and release posting are outside the current portal scope.\n",
