"markdown": "# Arkon Vault connector\n\nArkon Vault is the AI work continuity platform: one private brain for every AI you use, so work continues instead of restarting.\n\nThis public connector package links MCP-capable assistants to the hosted Arkon Vault service. It contains only installation metadata and continuity guidance. The Arkon Vault application, hosted service, customer data, and credentials are not included in this repository.\n\n## What the connector does\n\n- Runs a preflight before substantial work so the assistant sees the current project, vision, and next step.\n- Searches shared projects and decisions across connected AI tools.\n- Creates, accepts, checkpoints, and completes structured handoffs.\n- Detects likely work collisions before parallel sessions create conflicting forks.\n- Keeps each account and workspace privately isolated.\n\n## Connect\n\nThe production Streamable HTTP MCP endpoint is:\n\n```text\nhttps://vault.arkoncybersecurity.com/mcp\n```\n\nArkon Vault uses OAuth with dynamic client registration. A compatible client opens the Arkon Vault sign-in and workspace approval flow automatically when the connector is first used.\n\n### Google terminal clients\n\nGoogle now directs individual terminal users to Antigravity CLI. Existing Gemini\nCLI MCP settings are migrated automatically. For a fresh setup, add the\nproduction endpoint above as a remote MCP server in the client.\n\nGemini CLI remains available for eligible enterprise and API-key users. Where\nthe extension command is supported:\n\n```shell\ngemini extensions install https://github.com/Havix0101/arkon-vault-connector\n```\n\nArkon Vault does not currently claim publication in Google's extension gallery.\n\n### Cursor\n\nAfter marketplace approval, search for **Arkon Vault** in the Cursor Marketplace or run:\n\n```text\n/add-plugin arkon-vault\n```\n\n### Other MCP clients\n\nAdd the remote server URL above using Streamable HTTP. Clients that support MCP OAuth discovery should not require a manually copied token.\n\n### Grok\n\nOpen **Connectors**, choose **New Connector → Custom**, and enter the production MCP endpoint. Grok will discover Arkon Vault's OAuth flow and tools.\n\n### Mistral Work / Le Chat\n\nOpen **Connectors**, choose **Add Connector → Custom MCP Connector**, name it `arkon-vault`, and enter the production MCP endpoint.\n\n### GitHub Copilot and VS Code\n\nSearch for **Arkon Vault** in an MCP registry-enabled client, or add the production endpoint as a remote HTTP MCP server. The official registry identifier is:\n\n```text\nio.github.Havix0101/arkon-vault\n```\n\n## Recommended workflow\n\n1. Call `vault_preflight` before starting substantial work.\n2. Continue the most relevant active project or handoff instead of creating a parallel fork.\n3. Use `vault_checkpoint_handoff` after a meaningful milestone and at least every 60 minutes during accepted work.\n4. Record durable choices with `vault_log_decision`.\n5. Post or complete a handoff before leaving the session.\n\nNever store passwords, API keys, session cookies, or other secrets in project notes or handoffs.\n\n## Links\n\n- Product: https://vault.arkoncybersecurity.com\n- Privacy: https://vault.arkoncybersecurity.com/privacy\n- Terms: https://vault.arkoncybersecurity.com/terms\n- Support: https://vault.arkoncybersecurity.com/support\n- Email: support@arkoncybersecurity.com\n\n## License\n\nThe connector metadata and workflow guidance in this repository are licensed under the MIT License.
