Paste any Bandcamp, YouTube or SoundCloud\nlink and get the closest sonic matches from 4M+ independent tracks, matched by rhythm,\ntimbre, key and energy rather than genre tags.\n\nThis is the official remote MCP server for [diggercamp](https://diggercamp.com), the\nAI music discovery platform for diggers, DJs and collectors.\n\n## Connect\n\nNo installation needed: it is a remote server.\n\n- **Server URL:** `https://mcp.diggercamp.com/mcp` (streamable HTTP)\n- **Auth:** OAuth 2.1 with your diggercamp account (also works in guest tier without login)\n- **Registry:** published as `com.diggercamp/music-similarity` on the\n  [official MCP registry](https://registry.modelcontextprotocol.io)\n\nIn Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, paste the server URL.\nIn ChatGPT: Settings, Connectors, Developer mode, add MCP server.\nAny other MCP client that supports remote streamable HTTP servers works the same way.\n\n## Tools\n\n| Tool | What it does |\n|---|---|\n| `find_similar(url)` | Sonically similar tracks for a Bandcamp, YouTube or SoundCloud link |\n| `deep_match(url)` | Technical match by rhythm, timbre and key, built for DJ sets (Pro/Studio) |\n| `surprise_me(url)` | Similar tracks with more variety and less obvious picks (Pro/Studio) |\n| `playlist_match(urls)` | Tracks that fit the combined sound of a set of 2 to 8 links |\n| `inspire_me()` | A starting point from the diggercamp crate plus its closest matches |\n| `generate_playlist(url, n, end_url, vibe)` | Generates and saves a playlist in your account (login required) |\n\nEvery result includes BPM and Camelot key for harmonic mixing, plus a direct link to\nthe source platform, so listening and buying always happen where the artist publishes.\n\n## How it works\n\ndiggercamp analyses the sound itself.
